What is the default username and password for my router settings?

I have Adams Fiber and i need to get into the routers settings but ive completely forgotten the username and password for the router login thingy, I looked online for the default username and password but i couldnt find my router, its an Adams fiber router and it looks like a playstation 2. i cant find the name of the router anywhere on it and i dont have a manual for it because thats just the router that adams gave us when they installed fiber.

On the page of one of their products it states that the security details are present on a sticker on the router. I guess you've tried admin/admin?

tried admin/admin and admin/password neither worked but the only sticker on it is the adams fiber thing and what looks like a phone number of sorts

the label should also tell the model of the router, would be quite helpful

I stupidly reset my router this morning bc I was trying to reset up a security camera I have.
Of course resetting the router reset password & everything.
I tried entering the password on the side of the router but that did not work. Any suggestions?
