Galaxy S2 - TWRP, re-patrition and LineageOS

Only_CORE

Hello, let my introduce you to my problem. I am quite new to this and I would like to ask what to do. I have rooted my Galaxy S2 GT i9100 with Odin in order to install Neat ROM 2 years ago. Now i would like to install TWRP and LineageOS which my friend recommended to me. Plus it is annoying to only have 2GB for apps so I found this tutorial. How does it work? What should I do first? Should I install TWRP over odin? Because it looks like I already have some kind of recovery installed with Neat ROM (Apolo by pedestre - it is written in the recovery mode) And then it should be easy to wipe all data and install LineageOS through TWRP right? Can you please explain to me all these things and how should I proceed. Thank you.

My device:
Samsung Galaxy S2
Model number: GT-I9100
Android version: 4.1.2
Baseband version: I9100XXMS4
Kernel version: 3.0.101-apolo_4.14_Light-gf40153f     Apolo@byPedestre #635
Build number: XWMS3 NeatROM v6.4
