Dangerous Thermals in Laptop?

I have an Acer laptop with an i5-7200U and an NVIDIA 940MX (That's the version with 2gb of GDDR5), and it runs at 95-100 degrees celsius whenever I run games (light things like Overwatch included, resolution as far down as it will go). Is this dangerous for the life expectancy of the laptop? I've tried taking it apart and dusting, but it hasn't changed anything with the thermals. The GPU specifically averages about 85, and the CPU averages the same as the overall system, 95. This is all according to RealTempGT. 

 

UPDATE: Doing a full reset on my laptop mostly fixed the thermals and improved the performance in-game for Overwatch and Mass Effect: Andromeda. I assume this is because I screwed something up, which was fixed by a full reset. Anybody know what that might be? Thanks!

that's not normal, sensors are broken or somthing in your cooling solution is broken.

Yes, especially on the left side of the keyboard. So a problem with the cooling solution then?

It almost sounds like shitty thermal paste application or dust build up, but taking it apart will almost without a doubt invalidate the warranty.

I checked the warranty. The only "taking apart" that I did was removing the access panel and using a dust blower as much as I could. I didn't actually remove any parts or add RAM or anything. According to the warranty document I read, taking off that panel doesn't actually void the warranty, but removing or adding anything does.

In theory you could get away with changing thermal paste then. It might be worth a shot. I replaced the crap in my Latitude E4310 when I got it and went from the mid-90s under load to the low 80s (and the fan doesn't kick up to full blast until 90 anyways, so if the fan speed was the same I could probably dip into the 70s).
