What option do i choose?

So, i'm building a complete PC and the shop has some power supply options that fits my budget.

They can give me those crap Corsair VS, Thermaltake Smart or EVGA WHITE 600W or i can replace with a XFX 450W Pro Series for the same price or pay extra $30 for a XFX 650W TS Series.

The build is: i5 7400 (can upgrade to a 7500 for $25 extra) / GTX 1070 EVGA SC / 1TB HDD / 240GB SSD/ H110M / 8GB RAM DDR4 / The power supply to choose and a gaming mouse and mechanical keyboard. There's few psu options and the prices are a bit high because i live in Brazil.

 

What do you guys think? Do you think the 450w XFX PRO can handle my build?

wattage will be fine just which pro and which TS seriers

 

EDIT: NVM the XFX TS unit is better and modular, if you can afford the extra 30 go for that

I forgot to mention that i can choose the Corsair CX series and the EVGA B series, but i think those are inferior if compared to the XFX's, as the PSU Tier List suggests.

yeah i found them myself i was look at the PSU tier list and it was talking about pro gold and pro black and ts gold and ts bronze, in the end i look up on johnnyGuru

They are both Tier 3, which is very good. The others lies between the tier 5,6 and 7.
