Bottleneck issues

Will a i7 7700 and msi z270 pro-A mobo with gtx 1080ti bottleneck my rig at 1080p gaming ?

Not much, but 7700k is better option, as 1080p gaming is CPU intensive. You might as well go for Ryzen, if you're looking at 7700.

if yout getting a z270 get a 7700k and no bottle necking should accur

You have a bit of misconception, in gaming, 7700k is above ryzen, but if you go below 7700k, ryzen beats all the cpus in performance, where even 1700 ryzen performs better than more expensive intel cpus.

I talked about gaming anly, go and check some benchmarks andfps tests for games, you'll see that.

There is at most 2fps diff with k and non k. The posts above you showed only compares ryzen and 7700k not ryzen and 7700

No need a Z270. a b250 or h270 is cheaper

If you're gaming at 1080p there's no need for a 1080ti at all. That card is meant for 1440p and up. I recommend either getting something like a 1440p or 4k monitor or downgrading to like a 1070.

But i want a future proof 

So was thinking of getting 1080ti.

You could buy a 1070 for 350 and just upgrade that in 2 or so years for another $350 card which would probably blow the 1080ti out of the water. The 1080ti definitely bottlenecks at 1080p. For 1080p I wouldn't go farther than a 1070 which should max 1080p for atleast 2-3 years. Spending a large sum of cash for the highest end card isn't always worth it anyways. Past 2 generations the $300 (blank)70 card has had the same performance as the last gen (blank)80ti.
