SF600 enough for 7700k and gtx 1080 ti

yes.

I have a 550W PSU  and with an overclocked 6600k and 480 it pulls less than 300W from the wall. Subtract some inefficiency....yeah. My 480 pulls about the same as a1070 and the i5 pulls not that much less than a 7700k. You are golden.

yes.
