Opinions highly appreciated!

Power supply doesn't need to be that high end for that system and GTX 1070 isn't really needed for 1080p.

Building now...

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

So I didn't realize how terrible the AU dollar is, Dropping your 1070 to a 1060 or upping the monitor to 1440p 60hz or 1080p 144hz is what I would change. (Don't change the power supply it's fine.)

GTX1070 is perfect for the headroom required for some games.

Not all games run well for months.. until fixed.

Even when a decent launch.. some games still cant get 60fps ultra with a GTX1060.

Lighter games you can use DSR and heavier games can be run properly.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
