RAM with different timings...will it work?

Assuming the voltage, speed and capacity are the same, will 2 RAM sticks with different timings 100% work together?

Yes, they will just both run at the timings of the slower stick. If the difference isn't big, though, you should be able to force the faster timings in BIOS without much risk.

Speed will be the lowest of any slot/channel but CAS latency will be the lowest in the channel.

 

Example:

Slot A1: 1866@11

Slot B1: 1600@9

Slot A2: 1866@10

Slot B2: 1866@9

 

The RAM will run in dual-channel 1600MHz (due to B1), with channel A running at CAS 10 and channel B running CAS 9.
