Upgrading Computers GPU

Johnsson

So I wanna upgrade my computer so I can play Star Citizen
which GPU (from AMD) should I get for minimum requirements even if the resolution is lower then 1920 x 1080

around 100£/$/€ (or lower)

I wanna get this one because I can just plugg it in and go : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01JPAVZQI/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1R7CQ8RF8ZZUP&coliid=I3V5HKX3HEX4RC

I don't know if this is powerfull enough tho :P

Hopefully there are more just like these, so I can just plugg and play

Now I have 2 Computer the one I'm currently using and the one I'm gonna upgrade
I don't know the specs of my other computer yet but I'll get the DXDIAG from that computer as soon possible

I'd get a GTX 1050Ti instead, it is a bit more powerful and has the same amount of VRAM.

The RX460 should be fine but if it will run star citizen is the question. I hope you do know that that game is quite the demanding game.

It's like the only game where an x99 platform is recommended for high settings.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

All I'm saying is the 1050Ti is better you don't have to get it if you don't want to.

But that's quite a lot more than the 100 quid he has...

30 (or so) pounds less for 2GB less vRAM :) (not like the RX460 would be really able to utilise much more than 2GB)
