Personally, I love using Yahoo's Aviate Launcher and either the Moonshine, Light Void, or Candy Con icon packs.

I also use Authentic Weather, because who doesn't love a little crude humor? It's worth paying the $0.99 for the upgrade too.

Nova launcher and icon packs are your best bet.
