Posted March 18, 2017 i have a dell inspiron 5558 laptop which has a backlit keyboard. when i bought it, the backilt keyboard didnt light up.the setting to keep the lights on was ticked on BIOS but it still didnt light up.im guessing thats a problem with a missing driver. however recently i updated BIOS which i downloaded from the Dell website.after updating all information about keyboard backlight which used to show up in the BIOS are gone.is there a way to get my backlight working?
