Is this RAM compatible with what I already have?

I know it seems lazy to be asking such a question, but I have ordered incorrect RAM in the past so I'd like some reassurance.

 

I've been using a Optiplex 780 DT to host a small Minecraft server for some family, and it's been working good enough. Though, it only has 4GB of RAM (2x2) and is using every bit of it, which does lead to a little lag. I'd like to eliminate that lag and maybe even run another game server or two, so I want to add two 4GB sticks with the dual 2GB sticks it has now to achieve 12GB, not ideal by any means, but oh well. Only problem is though, the system is a little finicky with what RAM works, none of the DDR3 memory I have laying around will work, it needs PC3 10600 or 10700 RAM. The current memory I have is 10700, but I can only seem to find 10600.. I'm not sure if mixing the two would be okay.

Here is some other RAM for a better deal, but from a brand I haven't heard of before. Are they trust worthy and if so, would this also work?

Thanks, and sorry to ask a lazy question. I'm just kinda paranoid when upgrading these types of systems, because they're so damn finicky.

RAM got here today and didn't work... Fuck Dell. That is all. Any ideas or do I have to make a return?

After some digging, it turns out these Dell Optiplex systems are INCREDIBLY picky.

am not surprised dell is normally a hard OEM to get non official parts to work
