Ok so this copy can be used twice on 2 different MoBos correct?

Yes it should work. When you activate on a second computer, go through phone activation to activate it: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/24636-activate-windows-8-phone.html

Ok so guys I need a copy of windows 8 that I can install over my old windows 7, Im getting a new MoBo and I need a new copy of windows but the thing is this MoBo is temp until xmas so I need to use this windows chirstmas to so would this windows be able to be used twice. It says OEM but it says DVD to... http://www.overclock...W-152-MS&tool=3

It is able to be used twice. You may have to call Microsoft's automated system, but it is easy to use and may take 10 minutes.

yes the license can be transferred from one computer to another, you might have to call Microsoft though.
