Ok so this copy can be used twice on 2 different MoBos correct?

Ok so guys I need a copy of windows 8 that I can install over my old windows 7, Im getting a new MoBo and I need a new copy of windows but the thing is this MoBo is temp until xmas so I need to use this windows chirstmas to so would this windows be able to be used twice. It says OEM but it says DVD to... http://www.overclock...W-152-MS&tool=3

It is able to be used twice. You may have to call Microsoft's automated system, but it is easy to use and may take 10 minutes.
