Hi, guys! :D

I've recently been hired by one of my teachers at school to find and apply the software to all computers in her class network that allows to share her screen between students PCs and to peek into their screens without them noticing while they're writing an exam.

She also wants me to apply an image of Windows to these PCs, but that's a completely different topic and set of problems - I may ask about it later.

Anyway, finding the software that shares her screen is easy - everyone knows TeamViewer. I just have no clue about the peeking thing.

Do you know any program that allows this? Will you help me find it?

Huge thanks in advance! :)

Thomas

There's a program specially designed for schools that does just that. I think that is something that the school system needs to do itself, of course that may not be how its done in Poland.

ive seen this done by hackers, but i dont know how to do it, the peeking thing

basically they run some code to see into the other users machine and there movements also wont be seen

idk if you can do this with multiple computers though

its going to be alot of research learning that, maybe there is some youtube videos or hackforums

i dont belive to my knowledege that theres a program to peek and whatever, besides teamviewer

create a new software form scratch?

Well I'm not to much into this programm .... but you could do a bit research about it, the programm I talk about is WinVNC. As far as I used it it's a pretty barebones remote control programm which can handle even richer features than TW for example. I heared it can take control over a system "without knowing" of the person, but if it also can only sneak peak ... i duno.

I (and sometimes the useless IT from my workplace) use it to fix dumb general software problems across our locations or in my case when I'm to lazy to walk to my boss office.

An VERY old program I used to watch or interact with my gameserver desktop was "remote admin". It had 16 or 256 colours, and had a very small impact. You could acces the file system, take over the desktop or just view. I really liked this software because it was lightweight and I could even just delete the windows dir. (and windows crashing half way trough, due to files gone missing) Not sure if it still can be found or downloaded. Got this software somewhere on a cd-rom, and I am not sure it's a legal version. (I am not going to share this program)

Should be able to do what you want it to do. You might also want to install a (hidden) keylogger. JitBit Macro Recorder can be used for this purpose. It has a visible recording option, but it also has a spy/hidden setting. It can record all mouse movements and key press thingies. (and also stores how long things have been pressed etc etc etc)

Sounds like you want something like a RAT but the problem with them is they're mainly used by hackers and pretty much every anti virus in existence will go nuts if you start installing RATs onto your network.

Does your teacher have the permission and support of the schools IT department? If not then I'd leave well alone.

We use WinVNC at work.

You can control the machine you're accessing remotel, or you can of course just watch. The person currently working on the remote machine is not notified of your presence except for a little icon in the status bar (next to the time etc.) which changes color, but one could of course hide it

75% of what I say is sarcastic

So is the rest probably
