I've been using Windows 7 since the beta ISOs were released. Never once had a single problem. I upgraded my motherboard and got my first blue screen.

I ran Windows 7 memory test, and my UEFI's memory test and my RAM is fine. I clean my PC once a week because it gets dusty but I don't see a problem since this is a new machine.

If it's an isolated incident, I wouldn't give it a second thought.

it's actually amazing you haven't gotten a blue screen until now.

if it happens again that's something to be worried about.

I am vigilant and careful when installing updates. I actually read the knowledge base article for each update before installing it.

I think it may be related to a program that's set to run at startup. I disabled the program and the BSOD han't happened again. The program does sometimes display errors at runtime at 'address 00000000", whatever that means.
