Was playing Rust and computer powered off suddenly.  When trying to restart computer, it would power on for 3-4 seconds and turn off repeatedly.

BIOS was up to date, Cleared CMOS, Took PC completely apart and rebuilt trying to reboot with just RAM, Processor (Cooler) and got the same result. Posted 00, No beeps.  Nothing was overclocked other than the RAM booted at 2133 on default, and I changed the timings to run at 3000Mhz.

Build:

Intel 6800k

ASUS X99-A II LGA 2011-v3 ATX Intel Motherboard

32gb Corsair Platinum 3000Mhz

1300w Rosewill Lightning

Kracken X61 cooler

Picked up a new motherboard:

Gigabyte GA-X99-Designare EX LGA 2011 ATX Intel Motherboard with USB 3.1 Type-C

Same result.  This time instead of looping restart, power just came on and stayed on posting 00, No beeps.

Picked up a new Power Supply:

Corsair AX1200i 1200 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply

Same Result.  Posting 00, No Beeps

Exchanged Power supply, and Motherboard this time picked up:

MSI X99A GAMING PRO CARBON LGA 2011-3 ATX Motherboard

Corsair AX1200i 1200 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply

Also picked up a new Kracken X61 just in case the pump had gone bad.

STILL...getting 00, no beeps.

Sorry for the lengthy post, but have tried a lot and wanted to post all steps.  Read a similar post here and saw someone say try a different power supply, and when it happened again, try another power supply. Hoping for something a little more than try a third power supply.

Yes.  I connected the PSU to the Motherboard and booted using the on board power button.  Is it possible the case can short the system?

What error codes do you get when you don't use any ram at all?
