And let me guess Seasonic is the manufacture???

The ones that hasn't been discontinued: Three units from Seasonic(AX760/860 and HX650v2). Three from Flextronic (AXi 760/860/1200). Two from Chicony Hipro (RM750/850). Four from Great Wall (Entire CS line). Twenty-two from Channel Well Tech(VS, CX, GS, RM450-650/1000, HX750/850/1050).

I want to stay around $100 or cheaper

The Rosewill Capstone units are fairly quiet and is well build. The Seasonic G is also quiet but may be loud at higher loads.

My system only needs a 650w and nothing more really. Want to stay there cause its a good number to power it and alot of fans.

It would help to know what you're powering.

No

Then a decent 500w would be plenty.

Be Quiet! Power Zone 650W. They make very quiet fans and is a budget-friendly modular PSU. http://ncix.com/products/?sku=90534&vpn=BN610&manufacture=be%20quiet%21&promoid=1244

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

No love for Antec? The HCG-M line is rated 80+ Bronze but Antec claims efficiency above that and its fan is very quiet when compared to Corsair ones, though the Corsairs' fans don't spin under low load.

Pricing's not always friendly for the HCG line.

Seasonic, XFX, and Corsair all have great power supplies. XFX would be my choice if you are on a budget as they are priced pretty well and they made by Seasonic. :)
