Look at the price of new RX480 (same amount of VRAM as 290x) ... ask about 40% less for the used 290x.

Or just look for how much used 290x go for on NZD and ask similar price.

Well here in the US a great condition 290x would be about $150-200, so $250-300 nzd.

Or as @WereCat said, it should be about the same as a used RX 480 in your area.
