Hey guys,

everytime I try to turn on my pc it doesn't POST at first.

Its like he power up but not enough, all the fans spins really slow, I can hear the hard drive spinning, but none of the peripherals turn on, the screen is out of signal and he only shuts down if I hold the power button.

If I disconnect all peripherals and HDs and reseat one of my RAM modules, I can get to POST. Then I reconnect my disks and it turns on, and then I can reconnect my other devices.

Already tried to clear CMOS and no success.

I really don't know what might be wrong, if it is my MoBo or my PSU, since all the rest works fine even on games and high workload :/

Specs:

Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H with BIOS F7

Intel Core i5 4590

Geforce GTX 970 EVGA ACX 2.0

16GB (2x8) Kingston HyperX Fury 1866Mhz running at 1600Mhz

SSD Sandisk SSD Plus 240GB

HDD 1TB WD Blue

PSU EVGA 600B 600W Bronze

Thanks in advance.
