My password doesn't work

Today I log onto my pc and it's telling me to check my live account but im fairly sure I don't have a live account for this pc as when I checked my live account only one device is listed and resetting my password on it (baring in mind I logged into it) didn't effect my pc which still says the password is wrong

I'm not even sure i ever linked it to one but if I did I would of linked it

to my one and only account :(
