Looking for an EVGA GTX 780 Cooler, where to find it?

Hey guys i was tryng to clean my old GTX 780 Classified heatsink because i was using my card in a really hot/near to the beach place, 
Trying to clean that salt, my cooler paint was falling appart and cracking, im trying to remove that, but its really difficult without damaging that little chains
So, after almost 2 weeks of work and not much progress im trying to find one

Do you guys know where can i find it?

Why not just plastidip it?

Theres a lot of paint between the fins of the heatsink, im trying to remove that but its almost impossible
