I need a PC build that costs about $1100 with a limit of $1238.93.

My budget is $1400

$1400/1.13 = $1238.93 <== Max I can go on parts

MUST INCLUDE;

- Wireless internet

- OS (Win10-Home)

- HST(tax 0.13)

i7 or a really good i5 will do, and I really prefer GTX over amd

white and/or red colours would be nice, but are not required. I'd rather pay for quality than colour schemes.

nah tax is 0.13, if you do 1000x0.13 then you only get the amount of tax.

                  ,but if you do 1000x1.13 you get the total with tax
