If the exact internals of an Xbox One were used to make a PC, how would would said PC run games?

Not as good as an Xbox One because of console specific optimisation.

I know that, that's why I wonder how good it would run with the optimization levels we get on PC.

xbone is underpowered so it usally runs around 720p to 900p in AAA games while ps4 runs 1080p in most games ps4 pro runs at 1440p in most games or rare 4k.

I'd say if it was running Windows it would be pretty shitty(excuse my French).  Doesn't the XB1 just have an APU?
