So i moved my pc a bit higher and the noise it makes is more noticeable and i think i got the infamous coil whine issue. At first i though it was maybe power supply or the AiO cooler, but the noise doesn't happen when i stress the CPU, only when the gpu is involved such as opengl in cinebench.

Anyways here is a sound clip https://clyp.it/j2ovfize    Gtx 970 SSC.

Fired up bf1 campaign and the noise doesn't go away.

GTX 970 is known for having a lot of coil whine (at least the earlier batch) so your problem is most likely it.

Well i bought my 970 in july of 2015, and by going off of google the 970 was launched in September of 2014. so nearly 10 months. so don't think i would have an early batch.
