GPU coil whine?

Recently I heard strange high-pitched noises while running some games and when switching from and to a game, the pitch changes. Do I suspect I have coil whine coming from the gpu?

Heres a video file with some audio, you can hear the pitch on the lower right and you can hear the pitch change when im pressing Alt+Tab.

 

GPU is Sapphire RX480 btw

NEVERMIND I JUST FOUND THIS VIDEO

 

EXACTLY THE SAME SOUNDS.
