Disable fast startup. It tends to backfire.

It's in Power Options -> "Choose what the power buttons do"

Otherwise, check the health of the disk.

As you can probably tell by the title I am having long startup times. I'm not talking about long startup times I'm talking about EXTREMELY LONG startup times

My computer boots to the login screen fast but once login it can take anywhere from 1.5-3.5 minutes to login and load into windows

I don't know what is wrong with my pc It use to boot into windows from the login screen in under 10 seconds

I have a WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM SATA 6 Gb/s and I checked disk defragmenter and it is 0% fragmented so I have no clue what is wrong

I have an i5-6600k an asus z170-a and an evga gtx 960 ssc acx 2.0+ if that helps at all

also i have only three programs running at startup pximouse, realtekhdaudiomanager, and fcbd

any help is greatly appreciated
