RAM, try taking 1 stick out and test stability, then if the same occurs, just take that and try the other

Spec:

Windows 10 64bit

ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING, Socket-1151
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G graphics Card
Cooler Master V850 power supply
Intel core i7-6700k processor
Ram 16GB (2x DDR4)
SSD 128 GB
SSD 500 GB
A external drive with 931 GB

I got a blue screen and now when I try to start my computer up again I get no response from my monitors and my mouse and keyboard doesn't light up. Any idea how to fix this or have something broken?

Do standard troubleshooting:

- disconnect all, remove GPU, see if it post !!!

- same, but with GPU.

- same with keyb ....

Try to isolate the faulty part.

If nothing works, etheit CPU or chipset or mobo died.

good luck

Simple rules:

- If it works, dont update it.

- You don't know how, just do it, you will learn.

- Test, restest, test again, and maybe it will do it.

Ye, have done som more tests now. Just ram 1 in all works fine. Just ram 2 in just getting blue screen. Both ram 1 and ram 2 in no response from monitors

Take the RAM back, i had ram issues, now its stopped. Just say one of the sticks is causing BSOD's i would like a replacement. And if they dont just call up the RAM manufacturer and they should.
