Rube Goldberg Help

A friend and I have to make a rube goldberg for school. The goal is to pop a balloon. The closer to 2 minutes the better. We need 12 different things (I guess chains?) in it. Any thoughts? We can't use dominos or marbles (at least in the traditional sense)

Just check youtube.  I remember for one of my undergrad classes I had to make a rube goldberg machine to turn on a light with 20 types of energy transfers.  So like electrical to mechanical to thermal to mechanical.

For ideas Youtube is really your friend
