Upscale Video To 8K

I know it's useless, but just for lolz, i want to upscale a 4K video I have to 8K. What's the best program for doing this (needs to be free)

I cannot think of a video editing program that is capable of this, that is free.

once i Photoshoped a 400 megapixel photo.

at least it paid off. i printed it on a 1200 dpi printer and looks fantastic

no it was lots of custom DND figures

 

also tried at 600dpi and 1200 looks much better. in 600 you cant even see the faces clearly

the png file ended up being 1.5 gb

BTW up scaling a video to 8k wont make any difference for example if your recording in 1080p the upscale wont look better in a 1080p monitor

and 8k is overkill go with 4k max no one has a 8k screen except Linus (soon am sure he will grab the dell one)

I've done renders at 21600p before... never bothered to calculate the megapixel though  

 

Hm... 38400 x 21600 = 829440000, so 829 megapixel

Same reason as you - I could print at 300 dpi for something for the wall and have it 10 ft wide
