Do you guys know some motorcycle forums that could help me (i am a beginner and i am doing my CBT next week) (CBT is a license for 50cc moped/ scooter, in UK at least)

BUUTTTT if you guys can help me then that would be awesome!!!! so, my problem is that i plan on driving my moped to and from school but there is a dress code at the sixth form that i study, and although it will be ok if i have a jacket on me, what about my trousers? can i just ride with my jeans? also what kind of equipment will i need for my CBT ? i just bought myself a helmet but i don't know if i need those special boots or not. it would be great if you guys could answer these questions for me and do you know of any websites/ shops that provide a good quality equipment? the more links you guys can provide the better ;D

I recommend reddit, I'm sure there's a sub for motorbikes. Someone in the garage will probably know better though.

interms of clothing, you can get jeans that are stronger than normal jeans which protect you if you come of the moped and slide along the ground, but a helemt will suffice to protect your head, 

 

but it depends on how much value you place on your skin, should you come of your moped at even 20MPH

protective jacket,and kevlar lined jeans should be a good start although expensive, but yet again it depends on whether you want flesh on your legs and arms or it to be all over the tarmac
