I would honestly RMA it, I do not get these stuff, I bought an EVGA 450w 80Plus Bronze the other day the advertise said it only had 1 PCI-e 6+2pin but it actually had 2 PCI-e 6x2 when I opened it, doesn't seem they are paying much attention on this stuff lately lol.

I would return it. I don't trust companies like Thermaltake. They seem to distant to me. I always choose Corsair for power supplies, but it's because they are dependable, almost all are fully modular. If I were you, I would consider a new psu from Corsair or Seasonic, but I don't do a lot of research and just always go with Corsair :D

Some bigger dealers have the machines to do that.

So it can be used.

And how does the other side of the cable look??

Yeah companies do that, and the user usually has to pay them for the restocking fee.

Return it. Thermaltake cases, fans and coolers (for the most part) are solid these days, but their PSUs are still more garbage than not. You're doing yourself a favor in the long run.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
