Hi, I have a Thermaltake Riing 3.0 360mm AIO cooler, freshly installed and can't get the pump running higher than 1800 rpm. It's rated for 3600 rpm.

I've tried all the headers available on the motherboard, the one labeled "AIO_PUMP" being the one that gives the highest speed. Can't seem to get it going faster.

Motherboard is an Asus Crosshair VI Hero.

Edit: since it may be asked, pump is a 3 pin header, set to DC in BIOS which defaults to a 100% fan curve. Could the motherboard just not be providing the full 12v?
