Well as a kid, i remembered going to my friends house and playing this game, it was amazing. Bad thing is that i never used my console. Never had one and dont want one. My question is, is there any place i can buy the game and play it on my pc? I looked up and saw there was like a playstation program for pc. Can i buy it using that and play using an Xbox controller or would i need a play station controller

The PS3 emulator is not good enough to actually run games efficiently yet. You can try it.. But:

1. it will take quite bit tinkering

2. it might not run super smooth

3. look out you don't get a virus ridden program

4. it might work with an Xbox Controller, since many emulators actually support it

5. legality of emulators is gray zone area, but how you get the actual games.. very questionable.

6. buying a PS3 and a game used might just be much easier.

Are you talking about the original LPB or the super duper cool fun exciting Little Big Planet 2? Cause I used to have so much fun with LBP2

anyway as @Minibois said its a pain to setup emulators and the experience won't be the same, especially without all custom online maps made by other people and ability to play online too.

See i was thinking i could buy  a ps4 pro or something, but must of my console friends play xbox and i don't feel like wasting 300 on something I'll play once a day. Also wouldn't the emulator be based off on running on my discs specs? How come it wont be smooth

Best games ever :P

Honestly I think it'd be easier to just buy a used PS3

I don't remember which it was. I think it was the second tbh but if i download this (look at pic) it's not going to be good at performance?

If you have the money you should just go to a pawn shop or used game store or flea market and buy a PS3. I've seen them for anywhere between $60-$100. I'm not familiar with PS3 emulation but in my experience emulation past PS1 era sucks so bad it isn't even worth it.

I don't think that the PS4 is backwards compatible with PS3 games, which is criminal in my opinion.
