HELP !! The Ghost of FPS Counters !! HELP

Please give me a hand. I have checked anything I know but can't get rid of this FPS Counter. Please, please, please what program produces this F###ING COUNTER?!

Im just curious why it says your max was 451 when you clearly have OVER 900!

Does it display on all games? Have you turned your computer off and on recently?

 

(check processes in task manager)

by any chance do you use NZXT CAM? or have it downloaded becuase thats where its coming from

THANK YOU!!!!!! It was only in nonsteam games and it just was annoying but now it is gone and I love beeing able to see my HP in WoW! You are awesome!
