Multiple isos on one disk?

So I want to install mac os tiger on a ibook, but I don't have multiple cds, just one dvd, how would I go about doing that?

There is a dvd install image.

 

You can also use rewriteable cd's.

 

Or just buy more cd's there dirt cheap.

For a regular application installer, you could just copy and paste the contents of each CD into a folder and make a DVD ISO from that. However, since it's an OS installer and chances are, a boot disk (but I'm not sure what Apple does with their OS disks), that probably won't work.
