Hi there everyone. I plan on building my dad a PC for his birthday, and I'm looking to spend about $500 on it. I can spend a bit more, but his main uses will be for browsing, Microsoft office, and light to moderate gaming. I have a monitor and Windows 10 key already. Thanks for looking. Reason i choose the rx480 over 470 is pcpartspicker shows the cheapest 470 being only about $30 less than the 480
