I have no idea what is happening with my web browser. It started to do weird things today and there was no update or anything, so it is not like it got broken that way.

Pixels from the text are missing, or they are vanishing and flashing.

Or even flashing artifacts like on the video.

This happens only in the browser and not anywhere else. Like you can see, I have things opened on the left side of my desktop, and everything there is just fine.

Try a different browser.

It appears to be something with the browser. Try a different browser. If that doesn't help you can always try re-installing chrome.

looks to me you have a problem either with your display adapter or gpu, or monitorwise...is your room damp?

My room is very dry. I am getting zapped many times a day.

The other problems you mentioned are unlikely because if I just drag other window with a wall of text on the browser then everything is fine and browser still keeps doing crap in the background.

I'm trying now. Since the problem is not occurring all the time I will have to wait and see.
