@JoostinOnline  If Jody comes back to ask some questions, I will be here. 

 

As far as the builds go:  the i5 6500 + RX 480 is just about the best you can do under $700 when factoring in the cost of Windows (heck no I won't recommend grey market keys to this user) and peripherals.  There is no SSD in my build which means a 30 second Windows load from a cold boot.  Not a huge deal.

 

I would do an i5 6500 and no GPU to start off.  The iGPU is fine, and when the time is right a dGPU (discrete GPU) can easily be added.
