Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 Problems

I just built my first computer (yay!) Everything is working perfectly, except my keyboard (Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2). I plug it in, and nothing happens; No Keyboard Detected. I tried plugging it into my laptop, and my friends computer, same problem on both. I initially assumed it was just DOA, but upon further testing I notice that my computer recognizes when I plug the 3.5 audio jack in, and also the USB port on the keyboard itself also works. I was just hoping someone could help me figure out this problem. (I've already emailed Razer and am waiting for a response)

I'd also assume DOA. Is there any mention of any drivers that need installing for it to work correctly?

Make sure you're plugging the USB marked with "Razer" and not the one marked "PORT".

The Razer USB is for the keyboard itself.

The PORT is to use the USB passthrough on the right side of your keyboard.

plug in both usb's to a 3.0 port try your front panel ports first if it works in 3.0 then try rear if not its your MB then . mine will only work plug'd into a 3.0 ports . i guess its due to power draw
