The best 1050 is saving money and investing it into a 470 or 480 4GB

With lower end cards in my experience the different models tend to perform basically the same since they don't produce much heat or oc much compared to like a 1080. I'd just get the cheapest 4gb 1050ti you can find on newegg or amazon.

I agree with @Fungal but the highest clocked 1050 Ti that I could find is this one:

With cards like the 1050 or 1050ti, overclocking will only give you a small performance bump.
