What type of Microphone?

Basically, I'm beginning to get into filmmaking and have compiled everything apart from an audio solution. Since I am only just beginning, I can only afford a very cheap microphone. I am unsure whether a Shotgun mic or a Condenser microphone will work better for scenes with dialogue. These scenes will sometimes be shot outdoors like at a park or something similar.

I have found a few options so if you could offer recommendations based on the specifications of these microphones, that will be greatly appreciated.

Condenser:

for outside and stuff, you should get a shotgun, but for condenser desk or voiceover microphones, i think you should get the blue snowball or ice if on a budget. the extra $20-30 is worth it

Will I be tossing up on dialogue quality if I opt for a shotgun? Since I can only afford one or the other.

For outside recordings cant beat a shotgun microphone with a window sock. But thats only suitable if the audio is coming from a single location.
