Fans for a NZXT S340 Elite

Im currently deciding weather or not to get 140mm fans or 120mm for a NSXT S340 elite case.

Looking for some suggestions.

140mm fans will be able to push more air into the case at a slower speed so they may be quieter, I haven't tested too many fans so someone will need to confirm this.
