Skyrim SE uncapping FPS

AFlyingBuffalo

I've just reinstalled SSE and was wondering if there is a way to uncap the framerate as of patch 1.4. I read somewhere that Bethesda hardlocked the game to 60fps but I'm not sure. I've tried setting iVsyncPresentInterval to 0 but that only added screen tearing while the game still ran at 60fps.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

The Physics are tied to the framerate, that's why.

I know that, but you can still push it a bit without it going too crazy. I was wondering if there is a way to remove that cap.

use nvidia inspector if you got a nvidia card to uncap it.

You need to set iPresentInterval=0 in the skyrim.ini. That disables the games own vsync. But it's not recommended because the physic goes nuts.

If you find any grammar or spelling errors please fill out entry permit A38, thanks.
