What are your specs? Have you identified which components are causing the noise? If not, you should do so but stopping fans with your hands until the the noise goes away.

You have Gigabyte mobo. So you have good controls over CPU header and thats about it. Plus I'm not sure if thats the chipset which doesn't work with Speedfan. So for full fan control, you might want to look at hardware based controller hubs (Grid+ and Commander Mini).
