Are integra sfx psus good?

Im looking at this combo deal for an integra sfx psu + Node 202 case

first question: is this psu trusted for a computer for my living room gaming pc

second question: is this psu good enouph to power an i5 desktop class and a 970 gpu

Upsilon- i7 5500u | 6GB DDR3 | 720p 60Hz panel

We've had numerous mentions on the forum and on the internet of those things crapping out. I'd recommend just getting a Corsair SF450.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.
