Front headphone jack not working

I checked my internal HD audio connection, and it's all good. Also the front mic jack works, but not the headphone. Windows recognizes the mic jack, and it works, but there is no evidence of the headphone jack. And advice?

i believe you can change your mic jack to headphone through the sound card software or something.

i just have motherboard audio, i don't have a sound card

Your onboard audio will also include a software to go along with it.

and i couldn't find any software

It's part of your onboard audio drivers, it's not a separate software that you can download and install separately.

then where would I find it? it just says "HD Audio win10" in the playback devices menu

Try the universal audio drivers for specifically for the onboard audio that's used by your board

So front headphone just works after installing driver or you can now change the function of the audio jacks?
