Now I do not have the most powerful GPU by any means, but I do notice that it runs very cool and i was wondering if I could overclock it and if so any tips would be nice. Thanks.

Ok, I am downloading MSI Afterburner but my question is if I should download rivatuner

YES!!! RivaTuner is awesome, the fps cap is the only one I know of that works on a driver level. Cap games at at where your average is and you get poor mans GSYNC the frame timing is so smooth.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

I got my core clock up 150 MHz and I was wondering should I and if I can what would be a safe core voltage to go up to

You can test the highest achievable core clock on your gpu with furmark which is a free program having the reputation to put the heaviest load you will ever experience on your gpu. If there is any error in your overclocking you will quickly know it.

So true it hurts
