I would go with 2 120s or 2 240s if it fits in your budget, more is always better!

i would get the most you can afford so 250s if possible and make sure you have a way to backup your raid array if you are running your os on it.

i do have 2 120s and with bfbc2 bf3 bf4 star citizen and arma 3 its pretty much full, so if you have multiple aaa titles, then dual 240s

Like its been said if you can get 2x 250gb's get them if you cant afford them then get the 2x 120gb's.

 

I have only 2x 120gb's because that was my budget. in Raid 0 you in theory can doubt the read/writes so you dont have to focus so much on a 'high performance' SSD as the raid 0 config will offset this.

 

Samsung EVO's are a high recommendation.

So im gonna use 2 ssds in raid 0 for my os games and programs and i was wondering if i should get 2 250s or 2 120s. Any ideas?

Other spare hypervisors: Dell Poweredge 2950, HP Proliant DL380 G5

Laptops: ThinkPads, lots of ThinkPads
