GTX 1050Ti

I have a very easy question who is the 1050Ti for.

 

If you on a budget you get 1050 and if you have a little bit more you get 1060 and if you have a little more you get 1070 /1080 and if you silly you get Titan.

In my opinion there is so little diffrence in price between the 1050 and the 1050ti that the 1050ti is also good if youre on a budget.

Yeah in my monies a 1050 is like 3k and a 1050ti is 3-4K. It just seems to overlap a bit.

1050 is a no go, 2gb of memory will bottleneck you hard, you should start on the 1050ti and or rx 470.

Yeah threw many a year buying hardware experience taught me one thing never buy the absolute best buy the second best.

1050ti was going to be a great budget card but prices for the RX 470 and 480 dropped quickly. Now you can get those cards for about the same price as the 1050ti and they are far superior.

 

I think a better question is why they haven't dropped the price of the 1050ti to $120-$145.
